Each report is originally authored, not just a simple checklist. There are comments & recommendations on each page for the major components & sub-systems, a detailed summary of all adverse conditions, and a complete photo section documenting the major systems and adverse conditions, leaving nothing to the imagination. If you are working with a Realtor, they will also receive a copy of the entire inspection report if you desire.
