Today, with ever increasing real estate costs, everyone should realize the benefits of a Home Inspection, for what is usally the most important single investment you can make. AND there is always 100% free continuing phone consultation, long after your inspection, for whatever your subsequent project, remodeling, maintenance or repair needs may be.

"ONE-STOP" - Previous construction experience enables Quali-Tech inspectors to perform all facets of your inspection, so you don't need to coordinate many different inspectors or return visits. We prefer to have our clients attend the inspection, whenever possible, so that you are better informed of the operation and function of all components.
ADVERSE CONDITIONS - Any repairs, modifications or further evaluations of adverse conditions we advise are presented very specifically in an objective and practical manner, and are photo documented. Verbal cost estimates can be stated for many repairs, however, are never a substitute for an exact quote from a qualified contractor.
INSPECTION FEES - We do not publish our fees. You need to call or email Quali-Tech for a quote on your specific requirements. We believe that you will find our fees to be quite reasonable for the level of professional expertise and detailed information we provide to you.

- ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Most common are the Wood Destroying Insect inspection and Radon-In-Air Measurement. Quali-Tech performs these and: Mold & Indoor Air Testing, Septic & Well Water Systems, EIFS / Stucco Inspections, and Moisture Analysis.
